Formed in 1971 by Mel Alexander and the Centennial Model T Club, the ENWICC currently includes over 70 car clubs from Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri. The Council meets monthly to keep abreast of issues relevant to the automotive hobby. The Council also monitors and addresses legislative matters in both Iowa and Nebraska related to our hobby. The Council hosts an annual swap meet in March in Lincoln, NE. In addition, the Council awards annual scholarships to students seeking to further their passion for the automotive hobby.

The 51st Annual Rocky Manginelli Memorial Swap Meet will be held on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 at the Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln, NE. Additional information will be posted as soon as it is ready.
